Mrs. Rhonehouse has been in Career Services at SWFC for over a year. Prior to working at the college, she was Director of Sales & Catering for Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa for 13 years.
Jan's specialty and focus is connecting students and graduates with employers in SW Florida area. Jan is a Fort Myers, FL native and has strong ties to our community. She is also a 2007 Leadership Lee County Alumni.

Mr. Stephens has been at Southwest Florida College since the beginning of July in Career Services. Before coming to SWFC he was with the Lee County Health Care Administration for the past 14 years.
His career includes 12 years with Lee Memorial and 2 years with Hope Hospice. Bud also has extensive ties to the community through serving on boards for civic and service organizations.
"Working with SWFC is a real privilege. I hope to use my experience in the healthcare industry and in the community at large to benefit the college and our students."
Ms. Margaret Pace is the Director of Career Services and has been on staff for the past year at the main campus.
Career highlights include working for General Electric for many years and serving as Vice President of Human Resources for Stock Development.
She is a Fall 2009 Leadership Lee Alumni and her Career Services focus is to be responsive to a changing world as she drives opportunities for graduate placement at SWFC.
