The Bachelor of Science in Management (BSM) Degree program is designed for individuals who
desire to expand their knowledge and marketability by earning a bachelor's degree. The program is
built upon a foundation of business coursework such as organizational behavior, human
resource management, international business, leadership and team development, finance and business
communication. Upon completion of this program, students will be eligible for a wide variety of
management positions in the business world with emphasis in their particular field.
